What All The "-ism's" And "-ology's" Have In Common.
(Personal note.)

by
Dean Gotcher

"For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world." 1 John 2:16

What all the "-ism's" and "-ology's" have in common is "aufheben," man evaluating himself and the world around him from and through his own 'reasoning' ability, i.e., dialectic 'reasoning,' i.e., 'reasoning' from and through his own "feelings," i.e., his "sense experiences" which makes his "self" and the world around him subject to his carnal desires, i.e., his "lusts," i.e., his "ought's," i.e., his "self interests" of the 'moment' that the world, i.e., the current situation and/or people are stimulating. Unless you evaluate your "self" and the world around you from God's Word all you have is your "self," i.e., your carnal desires, i.e., your "lusts," i.e., your "self interests" of the 'moment' that the world is stimulating as the means to answer the question "Why am I here?" The great deception is you evaluating God and His Word from your "self"—making God and His Word subject to "What can I get out of it/Him for me, i.e., for my self?"—instead of making your "self" subject to God and His Word (no matter what). The father's/Father's authority system, i.e., the Patriarchal paradigm requires you to humble, deny, die to your "self" in order to do right and not wrong according to the father's/Father's established commands, rules, facts, and truth, i.e., in order to do the father's/Father's will. Anything other than that is an "-ism" and an "ology" with "human reasoning," i.e., your "self," i.e., your "lusts," i.e., your "self interests" in control determining the outcome.

"... it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps." Jeremiah 10:23

"Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise." "I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me." "For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak. And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak." John 5:19, 30; 12:47-50

"For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother." Matthew 12:50

"Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven." Matthew 7:21

"Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." John 14:6

Todays praxis in the "church" is evaluating God and His Word from men's opinions, ("How do/did you feel ...?" "Well I feel ...." "What do/did you think ...?" "Well I think ....") resulting in men evaluating their "self" from men's opinions, i.e., their "self." You can only evaluate God and His Word with God's Word and then your "self" from it. Any other means is an "ism" or "ology," i.e., apostasy making you a ChrINO, i.e., a "Christian" In Name Only, deceiving not only your "self" but everyone who trusts in and listens to you. The Lord did not share his opinion of God's Word in the temptations. He spoke God's Word. Period!

"The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?" Jeremiah 17:9

Your heart is "deceitful ("deceitful above all things") thinking pleasure, i.e., "lust" is the 'purpose' of life instead of doing the father's/Father's will, making you wicked ("desperately wicked") in your effort to negate the father's/Father's authority that gets in your way. You can not see your heart as being wicked because your "lust" for pleasure (your "lust" for "lust") is standing in the way. Heraclites, Socrates, Plato, Aristotle, .... Karl Marx, Sigmund Freud, etc., (your college professor, "minister," etc.,?) is in your heart, waiting for you to 'justify' him, i.e., your "self" over and therefore against having to humble, deny, die to, control, discipline your "self" in order (as in the "old" world order) to do the father's/Father's will—so you can do wrong, disobey, sin, i.e., can "lust" after the carnal pleasures of the 'moment' that the world, i.e., the current situation and/or people are stimulating without having a guilty conscience, i.e., so you can become like him, i.e., "self actualized." "Lust" blinds you to the consequence (cost) of "lusting" after pleasure.

"Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee." Psalms 119:11

If you do not "hid" God's Word in your heart (you have to read/hear, believe, memorize, meditate upon, and apply it, diligently seeking after the God in order to "hid" it) all you have is your heart, i.e., your carnal desires guiding you, with you dying in your sins. What is happening to this nation lies right here. God looks at the heart of "the people" to determine what to do with a nation, whether to raise it up and bless it or bring it down, i.e., remove his hand of protection, turning it over to its own demise. He is looking at your heart. Is the nation worth "saving?" i.e., worth being blessed. If you are turning to men (or a man), i.e., an "ism" or "ology" in order to "save" it, and not to the Lord (and the Lord alone—"God will share his glory with no one"), like a rotten board, good for nothing (other than to be burned) it is not worth saving.

"And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." Philippians 2:8-11

The Lord is coming to judge all the nations, this one included. It is your soul he cares about, i.e., why he came and died on a cross in order to cover your sins by His blood ('redeeming' you from eternal death), and was raised again, by the Father ('reconciling' you to himself), so you might spend eternity with Him in His glory instead of in the lake of fire that is never quenched which is prepared for the master facilitator of 'change' and all who follow after him. Your flesh, i.e., your "lusts," i.e., your "self interest" is temporary, "of the world only." Your soul is eternal ("And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul." Genesis 2:7). The world, caring about its and your flesh does not care about your soul (if it says it does it is in word only). God does. No animal can read—being told what to do— or write a book—telling others what to do. It is the soul we have from God that KNOWS by being told. Animals only have "sense experience," i.e., stimulus-response, i.e., "lust" and "self preservation." The "ism's" and "ology's" of the world only come "human reasoning." Those intoxicated with, addicted to and possessed by them "prevent someone who KNOWS from filling the empty space [from getting in the way of their opinions, i.e., their "lusts," which includes the "pride of life"]." (Wilfred Bion, A Memoir of the Future)

"For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God." Romans 10:3

"But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God." Matthew 4:4

"So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." Romans 10:17

"But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him." Hebrews 11:6

"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God; not of works, lest any man should boast." Ephesians. 2:8, 9

If you turn to your "self" and to others for the answer to "Why am I here?" all you will hear is an "ism" or "ology" speaking to you. Until you turn to the Lord, i.e., accept the Word of God as is, i.e., deny your "self," i.e., your "lusts," endure the rejection of others (for not affirming their "lusts"), and follow Jesus, doing the Father's will all you have is your "self" following after the opinions of men, dying in your sins.

"And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it. For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away? For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father's, and of the holy angels." Luke 9:23-26

"Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths." Proverb. 3: 5-6

"O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called: Which some professing have erred concerning the faith." 1 Timothy 6:20, 21

"Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ." Colossians 2:8

"Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe." "That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men," 1 Corinthians 1:20, 21; 2:5

"For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables." 2 Timothy 4:3, 4

Facilitators of 'change,' i.e., psychologists, i.e., behavioral "scientists," i.e., "group psychotherapists," i.e., Marxists (Transformational Marxists)—all being the same in method or formula—are using the dialoguing of opinions to a consensus (affirmation) process, i.e., dialectic 'reasoning' ('reasoning' from/through the students "feelings" of the 'moment,' i.e., from/through their "lust" for pleasure and their hate of restraint, in the "light" of their desire for group approval, i.e., affirmation and fear of group rejection) in the "group grade," "safe zone/space/place," "Don't be negative, be positive," soviet style, brainwashing (washing the father's/Father's authority from the children's thoughts and actions, i.e., "theory and practice," negating their having a guilty conscience, which the father's/father's authority engenders, for doing wrong, disobeying, sinning in the process—called "the negation of negation" since the father's/Father's authority and the guilty conscience, being negative to the child's carnal nature, is negated in dialogue—in dialogue, opinion, and the consensus process there is no father's/Father's authority), inductive 'reasoning' ('reasoning' from/through the students "feelings," i.e., their natural inclination to "lust" after the carnal pleasures of the 'moment'—dopamine emancipation—which the world stimulates, i.e., their "self interest," i.e., their "sense experience," selecting "appropriate information"—excluding, ignoring, or resisting, i.e., rejecting any "inappropriate" information, i.e., established command, rule, fact, or truth that gets in the way of their desired outcome, i.e., pleasure—in determining right from wrong behavior), "Bloom's Taxonomy," "affective domain," French Revolution (Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité) classroom "environment" in order (as in "new" world order) to 'liberate' children from parental authority, i.e., from the father's/Father's authority system (the Patriarchal Paradigm)—seducing, deceiving, and manipulating them as chickens, rats, and dogs, i.e., treating them as natural resource ("human resource") in order to convert them into 'liberals,' socialists, globalists, so they, 'justifying' their "self" before one another, can do wrong, disobey, sin, i.e., "lust" with impunity.

"Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein. Also I set watchmen over you, saying, Hearken to the sound of the trumpet. But they said, We will not hearken." Jeremiah 6:16, 17

Home schooling material, co-ops, conferences, etc., are joining in the same praxis, fulfilling Immanuel Kant's as well as Georg Hegel's, Karl Marx's, and Sigmund Freud's agenda of using the pattern or method of Genesis 3:1-6, i.e., "self" 'justification,' i.e., dialectic (dialogue) 'reasoning," i.e., 'reasoning' from/through your "feelings," i.e., your carnal desires of the 'moment' which are being stimulated by the world (including your desire for approval from others, with them affirming your carnal nature) in order to negate Hebrews 12:5-11, i.e., the father's/Father's authority, i.e., having to humble, deny, die to, control, discipline your "self" in order to do the father's/Father's will, negating Romans 7:14-25, i.e., your having a guilty conscience when you do wrong, disobey, sin, thereby negating your having to repent before the father/Father for your doing wrong, disobedience, sins—which is the real agenda.

"And for this cause [because men, as "children of disobedience," 'justify' their "self," i.e., 'justify' their love of "self" and the world, i.e., their love of the carnal pleasures of the 'moment' (dopamine emancipation) which the world stimulates over and therefore against the Father's authority] God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie [that pleasure is the standard for "good" instead of doing the Father's will]: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth [in the Father and in His Son, Jesus Christ], but had pleasure in unrighteousness [in their "self" and the pleasures of the 'moment,' which the world stimulates]." 2 Thessalonians 2:11, 12
